Pharos Network, a Layer 1 public chain focused on Real World Finance (RealFi) and Artificial Intelligence, today announced the official launch of the Axil Prime Credit Vault (hereinafter referred to as "APC").
This vault is an institutional-grade private credit strategy fully operating on-chain, designed to open up high-quality credit asset classes, previously accessible only to large funds, family offices, and institutional trading desks, to a broader range of on-chain depositors. APC will be distributed through mainstream platforms including OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, with a target annual percentage yield (APY) of approximately 14.3% and a total fundraising cap of 100 million USDC.
Private credit has become one of the fastest-growing financial sectors globally, with institutional capital continuously allocating hundreds of billions of dollars to this asset class in pursuit of diversified returns with low correlation to public markets. However, retail and small-to-medium investors have long been effectively excluded from this market, with prime credit opportunities strictly limited to a few professional institutions. The launch of APC aims to fundamentally break this pattern from the distribution end.

The Axil Prime Credit Vault provides access to a diversified private credit portfolio through institutional-grade infrastructure. Its target yield comprises two components: returns from the underlying private credit portfolio and ecosystem incentives from the Pharos native token $PROS + USDC. This yield characteristic is directly pegged to the real-world credit market, rather than relying on crypto-native token inflation or speculative trading.
APC is managed exclusively by Axil and deployed via the R25 protocol on the Pharos network. The roles of the three parties are clearly defined: Pharos acts as the distribution and settlement layer, providing a convenient entry point for RealFi users; Axil serves as the credit manager and vault operator, responsible for portfolio construction and credit strategy execution; and the R25 protocol provides the Real World Asset (RWA) infrastructure, ensuring secure connectivity between on-chain funds and off-chain credit assets.
Prior to the launch of APC, Pharos successfully operated the pAlpha Vault, which also focused on real yields and experienced zero security incidents throughout its entire lifecycle. APC adheres to similarly stringent risk control and operational standards, extending the proven security framework to the private credit domain. Depositors can participate using Pharos-native USDC supported by Circle, or USDC assets bridged from Ethereum, significantly reducing the friction costs of cross-network fund transfers. APC is open to qualified users through leading platforms such as OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, with distribution extending beyond a single ecosystem boundary.
The vault will officially open to the public on July 15th, with a total fundraising target of 100 million USDC. Following a "deposit early, earn more" principle, depositors who participate earlier will accumulate more yield days before the lock-up period officially begins, potentially achieving higher overall returns.
