On May 26, innovative technology company Luffa AI announced a strategic investment from the Hong Kong-listed company Guofu Quantum Innovation Limited ("Guofu Quantum", stock code: 00290.HK). Following this investment, Luffa AI's valuation has reached $220 million. The two parties will engage in deep strategic cooperation in areas such as artificial intelligence, quantum security, blockchain, and compliant finance, jointly pioneering a new track for AI + Quantum Blockchain FinTech.

The current internet is highly fragmented: identities are controlled by isolated platforms, AI agents lack independent identities, wallets, and execution capabilities, value and payments are locked within closed ecosystems, AI-generated content is unverifiable, and compliance pathways are missing.

Luffa builds super-connectivity capabilities through three core dimensions: At the community level, it enables true decentralized autonomy through trusted DID (self-sovereign identity), AI agent empowerment, and on-chain governance. At the content level, it transforms channels into programmable, tradable value containers, supporting the tokenization of creator influence and multi-layered monetization. At the aggregation level, it leverages the SuperBox for open mini-programs, a multi-chain wallet, LuffaPay intent-based payments, and a multi-agent commerce protocol to fully connect all scenarios. According to the cooperation framework, Luffa and Guofu Quantum plan to undertake the following strategic collaborations in the global market:
