1) Use the Discovery Project app

4) Keep an eye out for alpha chat

Some public NFT chat rooms have good public discussions, news sharing and analysis. That's not to say that these chat rooms are a stream where new projects are constantly being discovered, but they're places where people often share and review new projects they find interesting, so alpha is indeed discovered periodically.
