1. More than 2 years of experience in Web3, with systematic understanding of the industry and established network connections;
2. As you will need to connect with many overseas clients, strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are required. International study experience is a plus;
3. Good at communication and identifying core client needs, with strong ability to handle pressure.
