Binance has announced a limited-time USDC loan promotion. During the promotional period (from 4:00 PM on August 15, 2025, to 3:59 PM on September 16, 2025, GMT+8), new USDC borrowed or held through Binance Margin or Binance Staking will receive a fixed annual interest rate of 4%. This promotion is available to regular users through VIP 9 and covers products such as current loans, VIP loans, cross-margin and isolated margin loans, and institutional loans.
