According to Odaily Planet Daily, Nasdaq-listed Antelope Enterprise announced it has signed a securities purchase agreement with Streeterville Capital to raise $50 million. The proceeds will be used exclusively to purchase Bitcoin. Streeterville Capital will reportedly provide the funds to the company in installments over a period of up to 24 months. AEHL will use the funds to gradually acquire Bitcoin based on market conditions. (Globenewswire)
