Odaily News: Ethereum Foundation has launched the Devconnect Scholars Program, which aims to provide financial support to talented individuals from underrepresented communities in terms of geography and demographics in the Ethereum community. The program offers funding for participation in the upcoming Devconnect event in Istanbul in November this year. Interested individuals can submit their applications before July 23rd.
