Odaily星球日报讯 韩国金融部门已决定在今年第四季度内制定证券代币发行和分配指南，并从明年开始制定相关法规。韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）今日在与金融监督院、韩国交易所、韩国证券存管所和资本市场研究所联合举行的研讨会上做出了这一决定。该国监管部分计划从明年开始通过修订《电子证券法》和《资本市场法》建立证券型代币监管体系。

FSC相关负责人表示：“在完善法律基础之前，将通过金融规制沙盒等首先创建试点市场，同时考虑其结果，推进正式制度化。”（dailian）
