Nvidia and OpenAI Revise Deal Structure for 10-Gigawatt Ohio Data Center Project, Guarantee Amount Reduced to Below $120 Billion

Odaily News: According to sources familiar with the matter, Nvidia and OpenAI have revised the proposed deal structure for the 10-gigawatt data center project in Ohio.

Under the new plan, Nvidia will provide guarantees for 5 gigawatts of the project, with the guarantee amount reduced from the previous $250 billion to below $120 billion.
