10x Efficiency Boost! Inside Bitget: How AI Becomes a "24/7 Intern"
- Core Insight: This article explores how Bitget's design team leverages AI as a "24/7 intern." By utilizing natural language interaction (Vibe Coding) and tool specialization to automate repetitive tasks, the team enables members to focus on innovation and decision-making, achieving a 5-10x efficiency gain.
- Key Elements:
- Vibe Coding Concept: Describe requirements in natural language, and AI directly generates usable tools without the need for coding or complex operations.
- AI Tool Specialization: Claude handles complex logic, ChatGPT quickly generates initial drafts, Stitch creates UI prototypes, and Google AI Studio freely produces shareable web pages.
- Business Automation Process: The team transformed the "Brand Compliance Self-Check Tool" requirement step-by-step using AI, enabling autonomous compliance checks on third-party designs and reducing manual review.
- Practical Tools Deployed: Includes five categories such as a multi-language ad banner generator, brand compliance self-check tool, and in-site banner auto-naming tool, covering scenarios like design, marketing, and PR.
- AI Positioning and Limitations: AI excels at repetitive tasks, layout, and batch processing, but it cannot understand the boss's true intentions, build team trust, or care about people's feelings.
This article is from Gracy Chen @Bitget

Today, our design team lead Vicky gave a 30-minute internal sharing session to the entire company, explaining how they use AI (silicon-based life) as their "24/7 intern" to automate repetitive and tedious tasks, allowing carbon-based life to focus on work that drives core value. I learned a lot from it and felt very proud of our team. Here, I’d like to share my takeaways with everyone:
What is Vibe Coding?
Clearly describe your needs in natural language, and AI directly creates a usable tool for you — no coding, no complex operations required.
How the Major AI Tools Divide Their Roles
- Claude: Handles complex logic and produces more detailed output (slightly higher token cost)
- ChatGPT: Quickly generates drafts, organizes information, and answers questions
- Stitch: Builds UI interfaces and prototypes
- Google AI Studio: Directly generates shareable web pages, currently free
Three Steps to Find What to Automate
- Record your most time-consuming work segments
- Identify "zombie tasks" — mindless, mechanical, repetitive work
- Ask yourself: If you could permanently delete one task, which one would it be?
These are the tasks most worth handing over to AI.
(You can tell ChatGPT/Claude: "I want to create a brand compliance self-check tool so that when people receive third-party design drafts, they don’t have to ask the brand team for review anymore — they can quickly check compliance themselves. AI helps them organize clear requirements, then the team imports those requirements into Stitch to generate the UI interface. After that, use Claude/Google AI Studio to code an HTTP website for external use.")
Several Practical Tools They Have Already Built
- Multi-language ad banner generator: 5 core sizes + automatic adaptation; just import translations and it’s ready to use
- Brand compliance self-check tool (internal beta): Drag in an image, it automatically checks logos and fonts — no repeated reviews needed
- On-site banner tool: Automatically names files according to backend standards, saving a lot of repetitive work
- Event map tool: Input a location, and it automatically generates points on the map
- Social media / PR template tool: Non-design roles can also modify images and change copy themselves
- PPT multi-language tool: Upload → Export translations → Re-import — all done with one click
The Correct Role of AI: Not Replacement, but Upgrade
What AI cannot do:
- Guess the boss’s true thoughts, not just what the boss says (sometimes the boss doesn’t even know what they want themselves)
- Have coffee with the team and build trust
- Care about the ultimate results and people's feelings
What AI is best at:
Repetition, layout, copy-pasting, batch processing, mechanical labor
Treat AI as a 24/7 intern, and you focus on innovation, creativity, decision-making, and communication — the things only "humans" can do well.
My biggest takeaway from this sharing:
It’s not that AI is incredibly powerful, but rather people who know how to use AI are truly liberating themselves.
I have said it many times before: the future will definitely be about carbon-based life and silicon-based life working together. This trend is irreversible. You must embrace it; if you don’t, you will be left behind. In essence, you’re not being eliminated by the company — you’re being eliminated by this era. That’s why we encourage everyone to use AI. I also believe that during this process, while those who don’t use AI will be phased out, those who do — like our design team that presented today — will see their efficiency multiply by 5 or 10 times.
Hand over the redundant tasks to AI, and keep the credit for yourself. I’m so proud of our problem-solving design team!
