Luffa receives strategic investment from Hong Kong-listed company Guofu Quantum, with a post-investment valuation of $220 million

On May 26th, innovative tech company Luffa AI announced a strategic investment from Hong Kong-listed company Guofu Quantum Innovation Limited ("Guofu Quantum", Stock Code: 00290.HK). Following this investment, Luffa AI is valued at $220 million. The two parties will engage in deep strategic cooperation across areas including artificial intelligence, quantum security, blockchain, and compliant finance, jointly exploring a new赛道 in AI + Quantum Blockchain FinTech.

The current internet is highly fragmented: user identities are siloed and controlled by platforms, AI agents lack independent identity, wallets, and execution capabilities; value and payments are locked within closed ecosystems; AI-generated content is unverifiable, and compliance pathways are missing.

Luffa builds super-connectivity capabilities through three core dimensions: At the community level, it enables true decentralized autonomy through trusted DID (self-sovereign identity), AI agent empowerment, and on-chain governance.
