The MEME craze on Base is spreading to the NFT ecosystem. In addition to Jesse Pollak, the head of Base, frequently calling for orders, the transaction volume of many NFT projects has also surged recently. In this article, PANews takes stock of 10 NFT projects with high market popularity on Base. The overall market value of these NFTs is less than 10 million US dollars, and most of the projects have been online for a short time. based punks designed to pay homage to OG Punk and Base, with a total of 5000 units. The NFT was officially released on April 6 at a price of 0.0075 ETH and sold out within 15 minutes of being released. OpenSea data shows that as of April 8, the floor price of based punks rose to 0.47 ETH, with total trading volume reaching 1,715 ETH.

Based Fellas

Based Fellas is the first 10 K PFP series on Base in the form of Free Mint and announced the launch of the token $FELLA. OpenSea data shows that as of April 7, the floor price of Based Fellas reached 0.1 ETH, and the total trading volume reached 903 ETH.

Mochimons

Mochimons is a cat-themed NFT launched on Base in January 2024, with a total number of 3333, created by the MEME coin $MOCHI team. OpenSea data shows that as of April 8, Mochimons’ floor price was 0.38 ETH, with total trading volume reaching 825 ETH.

Primitives

Primitives A collection of generated pixel art featuring crypto native characters, totaling 2222, Jesse Pollak tweeted Ming Milk. OpenSea data shows that as of April 8, Primitives’ floor price reached 0.18 ETH, with total trading volume reaching 724 ETH.

swatches by jvmi

On April 6, swatches by jvmi was pre-sold at a price of 0.007 ETH, and a total of 7777 NFTs were quickly sold out within 2 seconds of the opening. The artist of this NFT, jvmi, is also a front-end developer at Optimism. OpenSea data shows that as of April 8, the floor price of Primitives reached 0.06 ETH, and the total trading volume reached 667 ETH.

Degens by doy

Degens by doy was released by artist doy in early April 2024, with a total of 999 units, and the creator’s former NFT series Opepunk holders received airdrops at a 1:1 ratio. OpenSea data shows that as of April 8, the floor price of Degens by doy reached 0.0295 ETH, and the total trading volume reached 507 ETH.

Base Gods

Base Gods is a comic PFP NFT themed on the image of Coinbase founder Brian Armstrong. The total number is 809 to commemorate the launch of the Base mainnet on August 9. Its products also include the MEME token $TYBG. OpenSea data shows that as of April 8, the floor price of Base Gods reached 1.1 ETH, and the total trading volume reached 378 ETH.

NFToshis

Inspired by Brian Armstrong’s pet cat, NFToshis are NFT collectibles of the MEME coin Toshi on Base, launched in August 2023 with a total supply of 3,000. OpenSea data shows that as of April 8, the floor price of NFToshis reached 0.0167 ETH, and the total transaction volume reached 302 ETH.

Tiny Based Frogs

Tiny Based Frogs is the first 100% fully on-chain dynamic NFT series on Base, released in July 2023, with a total supply of 999. The NFT’s generative artist @dailofrog previously released the Ordinals series Memory Blocks and the Blast NFT project Blast Rocks. OpenSea data shows that as of April 8, the floor price of Tiny Based Frogs reached 0.409 ETH, and the total trading volume reached 246 ETH.
