CEA Industries (BNC) holds a total of 515,544 BNB tokens, valued at over $380 million

According to Odaily, the official website shows that CEA Industries (BNC), a publicly listed company on the BNB treasury, currently holds a total of 515,544 BNB, valued at over $380 million. This reserve figure was first disclosed in its FY2026 financial report, which covers the period ending April 30, 2026. This implies that CEA Industries has not increased its BNB holdings for at least five months.

It is reported that CEA Industries was previously embroiled in a corporate governance control dispute with YZi Labs that lasted over six months. On June 23, 2026, the two parties signed a cooperation agreement, officially ending the control struggle.

Previously reported, due to the surge in the stock token BNC4 and the on-chain Meme coin 4Stock, BNC's underlying stock price was also driven up, with pre-market prices at one point surging over 70%.
