ProCap Financial Sells ~50 BTC to Buy Back Over 2% of Outstanding Shares, Holdings Reach 5,305 BTC

Odaily News – ProCap Financial, the bitcoin treasury company led by Anthony Pompliano, announced it has sold approximately 50 BTC, using the proceeds to repurchase over 2% of its outstanding shares at a price roughly 40% below net asset value (NAV).

ProCap Financial stated that since initiating its share buyback program, the cumulative repurchased shares now account for approximately 10% of outstanding shares. As of the market close on September 2, the company still holds approximately 5,305 BTC and will continue to evaluate share buyback opportunities when the stock trades at a significant discount to NAV.
