According to an official announcement, Gate.io, in partnership with Midnight, has officially launched the first phase of the NIGHT Glacier Drop airdrop event. The claim period is from 16:00 on December 5th to 23:59 on December 8th (UTC+8). Eligible users can claim their NIGHT airdrop for free on the event page. This airdrop event is open to users who held BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP, ADA, AVAX, and BAT during the snapshot period. The total airdrop amount is 26,400,000 NIGHT, which will be released in four phases, with each phase unlocking 25%. The first phase will unlock 6,600,000 NIGHT, which will be distributed uniformly at 12:00 on December 10th (UTC+8). Unclaimed rewards will not be reissued. Please stay tuned for further official announcements regarding the unlocking times of the remaining three phases.

In addition, NIGHT will officially launch spot trading on December 9th at 18:00 (UTC+8), opening the trading pair NIGHT/USDT.
