According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684 xtpa, the address holding 1.51 trillion PEPE yesterday likely belongs to market maker Wintermute. At the end of 2024, when Wintermute was betting on the meme craze, PEPE was once one of its top five publicly held tokens.

According to previous news, a newly created address withdrew $15.95 million worth of PEPE from Kraken one hour ago.
