Gu Jinxu, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, explained that the city's cumulative computing capacity exceeds 33,000 petabytes, with computing infrastructure being built on the back of blockchain applications. Incentive policies have been issued to support the first registration, transaction, entry into a database, and public access of data elements. The Beijing Data Exchange's artificial intelligence dataset trading has become its largest business segment. The Beijing Artificial Intelligence Data Training Base has enhanced its data application development capabilities and upgraded its Data Sandbox to version 3.0, establishing an integrated "data-computing-modeling-application" service capability.
