According to crypto analyst Ember (@EmberCN), the Ethereum Foundation announced it will sell 10,000 ETH (approximately $42.7 million) over the next few weeks of September. The funds will be used for research and development and donations. On-chain data indicates that the ETH to be sold was transferred to Kraken 10 minutes before the announcement.
