According to community members, Bitroo reportedly issued an official email statement in March 2025 stating that computing power leasing and mining machine hosting services had been suspended due to an incident at an upstream partner mining farm. The platform stated that it would liquidate accounts in accordance with the agreement and fully refund user investments.
