According to official news from Odaily Planet Daily, Top Win International (NASDAQ: SORA), a US-listed company, has completed a US$10 million financing round, led by Wiselink Co., Ltd., becoming the first Taiwanese listed company in Asia to invest in a Bitcoin treasury company.

Top Win intends to use the proceeds from this round primarily to purchase Bitcoin (BTC) and potentially invest in publicly listed companies that strategically hold Bitcoin in their treasury (subject to applicable regulatory requirements). Top Win also intends to use a portion of the proceeds for working capital. Top Win has no intention of operating as an investment company and does not intend to invest, reinvest, or trade securities as its primary business.
