Odaily News Alchemy announced the acquisition of HeyMint, a California-based NFT startup platform, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition aims to enhance Alchemy's smart wallet infrastructure and simplify the user onboarding process for Web3 applications. Flor Ronsmans De Vry, co-founder and CTO of HeyMint, will join Alchemy.
HeyMint attracted more than 1 million users in its first two years of operation, facilitated $38 million in NFT sales, and supported Web3 projects from major brands such as The Sandbox, Universal Music Group, and Ubisoft. The acquisition is Alchemy’s second deal this month, following its acquisition of Dexter Lab, a real-time data infrastructure provider for the Solana ecosystem. (Cointelegraph)
