Odaily News James Seyffart, senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, monitored data showing that the final statistics of the first day of listing of BlackRock IBIT options showed that the nominal exposure through 354,000 contracts was slightly less than $1.9 billion, of which 82% were call options (289,000) and 18% were put options (65,000), with a ratio of 4.4:1. The analyst said: "These options are almost certainly part of the reason why Bitcoin hit a record high today."
