Odaily News pump.fun attacker Jarett Dunn, aka Stacc, is withdrawing his guilty pleas for the Pump.fun attack, by abuse of position and transfer of criminal property, a move that has also seen his legal team opt out of the case. On Friday, Dunn attended a hearing at London's Wood Green Crown Court, which was scheduled to be his sentencing hearing. If all had gone as planned, he would have walked away in handcuffs, facing a possible seven-year prison sentence. But at the last minute he changed his mind and asked to withdraw his guilty plea. The move could see Dunn face more jail time. Dunn's legal team informed the court of their client's wishes, which visibly surprised the judge. His legal representatives said Dunn had obtained legal advice on the decision and that Dunn remained "firm" in his request to withdraw his guilty plea. The legal team decided that trying to change his plea was not a good idea, so they are withdrawing from the case. (Decrypt)
