SEC files lawsuit against UBI Blockchain for failing to file documents regularly

Odaily News A lawsuit document shows that the U.S. SEC filed a lawsuit against UBI Blockchain, accusing it of failing to submit periodic documents to the SEC as required. The company has not submitted any periodic or other reports since the commission ordered the dismissal of the previous lawsuit against UBI on June 2, 2023.
