DefiLlama founder: cbBTC transparency is far below industry standards

Odaily News DefiLlama founder 0xngmi posted on the X platform: Almost every cross-chain bridge (including WBTC) provides proof of reserves so that users can check whether the issued tokens have sufficient support. However, Coinbase did not do this, and cbBTC is far below the standard in terms of transparency. Since we cannot verify its TVL (total locked volume), it is not currently listed on DefiLlama. We will follow the same rules for all projects, and if we do not list other cross-chain bridge projects that cannot verify TVL, then we will not make an exception for Coinbase.
