Uniswap Labs: The US SEC's proposed rules involve improper expansion of the definition of an exchange and it is recommended not to continue to formulate them

Odaily News Uniswap Labs Chief Legal Officer Katherine Minarik posted on the X platform that Uniswap Labs has urged the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission not to proceed with its proposed rulemaking because the rule would significantly and inappropriately expand the definition of "exchange" to include DeFi and others.
