Circle acquires IBM blockchain patent portfolio, pre-market rises nearly 3%

Odaily reports that Circle, the issuer of the stablecoin USDC, has acquired IBM’s blockchain patent portfolio. Circle’s pre-market shares rose nearly 3%.
