Odaily on-chain data shows that Bitcoin whales have experienced the largest buying spree since 2012 in the past month. Over 268,000 BTC were purchased in the past month. Analyst James Van Straten said on the X platform that Bitcoin accounts holding 100 to 1,000 BTC have made some large-scale net buying actions in the past month. Bitcoin whales’ net position changes have been highly positive of late. Over the past 30 days, whales have purchased a net of approximately 268,441 Bitcoins, currently worth nearly $18.6 billion, the largest accumulation by these holders since 2012.
