Odaily News Arbitrum announced that it will launch three grant programs, namely: the first round of Arbitrum Citizens Retrofunding, Matching Fest on Gitcoin, and Allo Hackaton. The first round of the Arbitrum Citizens Retrofunding donation plan is mainly aimed at influential community users who have contributed to the governance and process of Arbitrum DAO. A total of 100,000 ARB rewards will be distributed.
