Odaily Planet Daily News: In the 7 days ending August 6, Circle issued approximately 6.3 billion USDC and redeemed approximately 6.4 billion USDC, resulting in a net decrease of about 100 million USDC in circulation. Total USDC circulation stands at 71.8 billion, with reserves of approximately $72 billion, including around $51.8 billion in overnight reverse repurchase agreements with the U.S. Treasury, approximately $9 billion in Treasury bills with maturities of less than 3 months, about $10 billion in deposits at systemically important institutions, and roughly $1.2 billion held in other bank deposits.
