BULK：Perp DEX Project
Project Introduction
BULK is a Perp DEX project in the Solana ecosystem. The platform embeds its matching engine into validator nodes. When a user places an order, it does not go through Solana's regular "transaction queue" but instead directly enters the Bulk-Tile module built into the validator node. Matching can be completed within 20 ms and confirmed within 40 ms.
At the end of September 2025, BULK announced that it had completed an $8 million seed round of financing, led by 6th Man Ventures and Robot Ventures, with participation from Big Brain Holdings, Wintermute, and Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko, among others.
On September 5, BULK announced the official launch of its mainnet (invite-only). The pre-deposit campaign ended, and USDC previously deposited by users directly became trading margin. It is currently in the Genesis phase, with the campaign running until October 5. Maker fees are 0, and trading can continue to earn AURA points.

Fables: A DEX on Robinhood Chain Based on the Uniswap v4 Hooks Mechanism
Project Introduction
Fables is a DEX on Robinhood Chain based on the Uniswap v4 Hooks mechanism, specifically designed as "dynamic fee" liquidity pools for tokenized stocks, ETFs, gold, and ETH.
Fables stated that the points campaign runs from August 24 to October 5, lasting 6 weeks, distributing 1 billion points, with a TGE to follow after it ends.

Polaris is a permissionless onchain yield protocol. Its core product is the yield-bearing reserve asset pETH, and it also includes USDp and GOLDp, aiming to provide native yield for any asset onchain.
On September 4, Polaris announced the completion of a $1 million angel round of financing, with participating investors including the Ethereum Foundation, Fusion (under IPOR), Altitude, Liquity, LI.FI, and other institutions
