Odaily Planet Daily News: The offering was issued by Ripple Prime, Ripple's non-bank prime brokerage arm, with proceeds to be used for working capital and U.S. business expansion. KBRA assigned the notes an investment-grade rating of BBB, and Ripple Prime plans to further expand its multi-asset clearing, financing, and prime brokerage services.
