After the incident in which over $6 billion in assets were stolen from Binance, the security of assets on centralized exchanges has once again become a focal point of concern for the crypto community. Although Binance has initiated asset replenishment and covered losses through channels such as company-owned funds and the SAFU fund, for users who have long kept their funds on centralized exchanges, a practical question has resurfaced: Should assets remain on the exchange, or be withdrawn to a personal wallet? If they remain on the exchange, which one should be chosen?

For users who primarily hold stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, in addition to asset security, yield is also an important consideration when choosing an exchange. Currently, major exchanges are rolling out a new round of wealth management campaigns, covering forms such as flexible savings rate boosts, fixed-term wealth management, and holdings rewards. What stablecoin and other wealth management campaigns are currently available on each exchange, and what are the specific yields, participation thresholds, and campaign periods? Odaily has compiled them one by one for everyone.

Binance: Launches 20 Million USDC Reward Pool, Stablecoin Wealth Management Offers Up to Approximately 11% Blended APY

Yesterday, Binance announced the launch of a community appreciation campaign, including stablecoin wealth management rate boosts, spot trading fee rebates, and a 20 million USDC trading reward pool, with the campaign running until November 22 at 7:59.

On the wealth management side, Binance is offering additional APY rewards for USDT and USDC flexible products. Currently, the base APY for both is approximately 3%, of which the first 1,000 USDT can earn an additional 8% APY, for a blended APY of 11%; regular users with holdings below the equivalent of $50,000 in USDC can earn an additional 7% APY on the first 10,000 USDC, for a blended APY of approximately 10%. For regular users with holdings reaching the equivalent of $50,000, the first 30,000 USDC can earn an additional 7.5% APY; VIP 1 to VIP 3 users can earn an additional 8% APY on the first 200,000 USDC, and VIP 4 to VIP 9 users can earn an additional 8.5% APY on the first 300,000 USDC.

In addition, Binance has also launched limited-time rate boost campaigns for RWUSD and BFUSD. Among them, the first 50,000 RWUSD can earn an additional 6.39% APY, bringing the blended APY to approximately 10% after adding the base yield; the first 50,000 BFUSD can earn an additional 5% APY, and after adding the reference base yield of approximately 5.11%, the blended reference APY is approximately 10.11%.

On the trading rewards side, eligible users who complete identity verification can claim a spot trading fee rebate voucher worth 100 USDC, used to rebate a portion of eligible trading fees. In addition, users whose cumulative effective trading volume reaches $10,000 during the campaign period can share in the 20 million USDC reward pool based on their share of trading volume, with each person eligible for up to 4,000 USDC in token vouchers (VIP 3 and above users do not participate in this trading reward).

OKX: Stablecoin Holdings and BTC, ETH Staking Campaigns Launched Simultaneously

On November 1, OKX announced the launch of a new round of its Flash Earn campaign, where users can subscribe to BTC or ETH to share in a reward pool totaling 1 million USDT, with the campaign running from November 3 at 15:00 to November 8 at 15:00.

Among them, the BTC prize pool is 410,000 USDT and the ETH prize pool is 590,000 USDT, with minimum subscription amounts of 0.001 BTC and 0.01 ETH, respectively. Regular users can subscribe to a maximum of 1 BTC or 100 ETH, while the上限 for higher-tier users can be raised to 50 BTC or 3,000 ETH. In addition to the base wealth management yield on BTC and ETH, participants can also receive additional USDT rewards based on their subscription share, with yields calculated and distributed hourly and support for redemption at any time.

On the stablecoin side, OKX launched a USDC holdings reward campaign on November 2, with a total reward pool of 400,000 USDC, running until December 3 at 7:59. Users do not need to transfer USDC into wealth management products; they only need to register and hold eligible USDC in their trading account to participate in the reward distribution.

This campaign is only open to eligible trading VIP users, who are required to hold at least 10,000 USDC and complete a cumulative eligible USDC trading volume of at least $1,000 during the campaign period. Each user's rewards are calculated based on a maximum of 100,000 USDC in holdings, and the prize pool is distributed daily according to the proportion of eligible holdings; actual returns depend on the scale of participating funds, and there is no fixed APY.

Bitget: Stablecoin Flexible Savings Offers Up to 12% APY, Cash+ Blended Yield Also Boosted

In Bitget's latest wealth management plan, the first 300,000 USDC in flexible savings enjoys a 12% APY, while the portion from 300,000 to 10 million USDC earns 3.5%. Regarding the campaign duration, Bitget Greater China head Xie Jiayin posted on X platform, saying, "As long as our peers do, we'll do it too," without giving a clear deadline.

On the USDT side, the regular flexible savings APY is 4%, and users with net deposits reaching 1 million USDT can receive an additional 4.5% APY boost quota on up to 3 million USDT, bringing the blended APY to 8.5%. USDGO adopts tiered yields: the first 100,000 earns 9% APY, 100,000 to 1 million earns 8%, and 1 million to 10 million earns 5%.

In addition to stablecoins, Bitget also offers PoolX staking mining campaigns for BTC and ETH, with corresponding APYs of 2.88% and 3.77% for BTC and ETH, respectively.

Gate: USDT Flexible Savings Offers Up to 5.3% APY, VIP Fixed-Term Wealth Management Up to 9%

On November 2, Gate launched the third round of its USDT wealth management limited-time rate boost campaign, covering idle funds flexible savings and 7-day and 30-day fixed-term products in Yu Bibao, with a maximum blended APY of 9%.

On the flexible savings side, users whose cumulative net deposits during the campaign period reach 10,000 USDT can enjoy a 4% blended APY on the first 50,000 USDT in holdings; with net deposits reaching 50,000 USDT, the blended APY rises to 5%, including approximately 3% base yield and additional rate boost. Idle funds in Yu Bibao can still be used for trading, and the rate boost rewards are automatically credited the next day. The campaign runs until December 2 at 7:00.

On the fixed-term side, VIP 2 to VIP 14 users with net deposits reaching 100,000 USDT can enjoy a 9% APY on the first 100,000 USDT when subscribing to the 7-day fixed-term product; with net deposits reaching 1 million USDT, they can enjoy a 6% APY on the first 1 million USDT when subscribing to the 30-day fixed-term product. Both tiers of yields include base interest and additional rate boost, and the campaign runs until December 2 at 16:00.

Summary

For regular users, keeping assets on large centralized exchanges may still make it easier to control risk than managing an on-chain wallet themselves. After all, losses caused by lost private keys, operational errors, or improper approvals are often harder to recover.

Since exchanges remain an important choice for most users in managing crypto assets, while paying attention to platform security, it is also worth taking a look at the newly launched wealth management campaigns from each exchange, choosing products that suit you, and casually grabbing some extra rewards along the way.
