Singapore — October 6, 2026 — Digital asset infrastructure company BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO) ("BitGo") and WanCloud Ltd. ("HashKey Cloud"), the institutional staking and Web3 infrastructure business unit under HashKey Group (HKEX: 3887.HK), today held a signing ceremony at the Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore during TOKEN2049 week to formally sign a strategic cooperation agreement. The agreement expands the collaboration between the two parties into four major areas of institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure: staking, trading, custody, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.

Senior executives from both companies attended and signed the agreement, including Abel Seow, Managing Director and Head of APAC Sales at BitGo, and Leo Li, CEO of HashKey OnChain BG.

Scope of Cooperation:

● Staking — HashKey Cloud becomes a validator partner on the BitGo platform, initially providing Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) staking support for BitGo's eligible institutional clients.

● Trading — HashKey Cloud and BitGo will jointly support institutional trading flows.

● Custody — BitGo will provide custody solutions to HashKey Capital and its affiliated funds, subject to completion of customary client onboarding procedures and execution of applicable agreements.

● RWA Tokenization — BitGo becomes the custody partner for HashKey's RWA tokenization projects.

Abel Seow, Managing Director and Head of APAC at BitGo, said: "We believe this collaboration fully reflects the depth of institutional demand in Asia. What institutions need is compliant infrastructure covering the entire asset lifecycle, not point solutions. This collaboration integrates custody, staking, trading, and tokenization, with partners who uphold the same standards."

The agreement combines BitGo's institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure with HashKey's compliant business footprint in Hong Kong.

Leo Li, CEO of HashKey OnChain BG, said: "As Asian institutions accelerate their adoption of digital assets, the combination of HashKey's compliant footprint in Hong Kong and BitGo's global custody standards will provide institutions with a trusted pathway spanning staking, trading, custody, and tokenization."
