Arc Mainnet Goes Live: What Are the "P Small Generals" Trading?
- Core Viewpoint: Arc, the stablecoin-focused Layer 1 blockchain launched by Circle, has officially gone live on mainnet. First-day attention was concentrated on token launch platform tokens and native meme coins, with platform tokens such as ARGUS, TOLLY, and LONG briefly surging in market cap before pulling back.
- Key Elements:
- Arc is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 launched by Circle, purpose-built for stablecoin payments, lending, and other financial use cases, with the goal of becoming the foundational settlement layer for programmable money.
- Users can bridge USDC to Arc via the official Circle bridge, OKX Wallet, or Jumper bridge, with slippage/fees for bridging 1,000 USDC at approximately 0.06, 0.12, and 0.29 USDC, respectively.
- The platform token ARGUS reached a peak market cap of $35 million, with 4.3% of total supply burned; TOLLY peaked at $25 million, with 4.5% burned; LONG peaked at $17 million.
- Arc chain meme coin COOL reached a peak of $7.9 million, with its narrative centered around native USDC culture; ARCAT peaked at $5 million, originating from an official USDC cat video meme.
- The mechanisms of each platform token differ notably: ArgusPad centers on USDC dividends and buyback-and-burn, Tolly builds liquidity pools directly without a bonding curve, and Long.supply relies on a self-built custodial bridge to map assets.

At 9 AM today, the Arc mainnet officially went live. Similar to Robinhood Chain, the first tokens to gain traction were the platform tokens of token issuance platforms and native meme coins. Odaily has compiled the hottest tokens that "P small generals" are discussing on day one of the Arc mainnet launch, helping you find a "second chance to get on board."
Three Ways to Bridge Assets to Arc Chain
Arc: A Layer 1 Launched by Circle, Purpose-Built for Stablecoins
Arc is a next-generation EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain launched by Circle, the "first stablecoin stock," aiming to build the economic operating system of the internet by deeply integrating programmable stablecoins with on-chain financial innovation. Arc is designed specifically for financial applications, focusing on global payments, foreign exchange, lending, and capital markets, with the goal of providing a secure, low-cost, compliant, and scalable foundational settlement layer for the internet's programmable money.
Bridging Method 1: Circle Official Bridge
Link: https://bridge.usdc.com/. According to user feedback, bridging 1,000 USDC incurs approximately 0.06 USDC in slippage.

Bridging Method 2: OKX Wallet
After entering OKX Wallet, select "Cross-chain Bridge." According to user feedback, bridging 1,000 USDC incurs approximately 0.12 USDC in slippage.

Bridging Method 3: Jumper Bridge
Link: https://jumper.xyz/zh. According to user feedback, bridging 1,000 USDC incurs approximately 0.29 USDC in slippage.
Jumper is a cross-chain aggregation platform launched by LI.FI, primarily helping users transfer and swap assets across different blockchains. It is not a single cross-chain bridge itself, but rather aggregates multiple cross-chain bridges and DEXs to automatically find suitable cross-chain routes for users.

Overview of Trending Tokens
ARGUS
According to GMGN data, ARGUS (contract address: 0xece5ca8bf9220718e5727754026757512212cb3c) reached a peak market cap of $35 million at noon today, and has since fallen back to $23 million.

ARGUS is the platform token of ArgusPad, a token issuance platform on the Arc chain, and is not a meme coin. ArgusPad focuses on low-barrier token issuance, where tokens created can directly enter the Uniswap trading pool with liquidity permanently locked. Creators can customize buy/sell taxes and allocate tax revenue proportionally toward creator income, token buyback and burn, holder dividends, or liquidity replenishment, with holder dividends settled in USDC.
According to official documentation, of the buy/sell tax generated by each transaction on ArgusPad, 10% goes to the platform, and the remaining 90% is allocated at the token creator's discretion, which can be used for creator income, USDC dividends to holders, buying back and burning the corresponding tokens, or replenishing liquidity. Of the platform's share of this revenue, 80% will be used to buy back and burn ARGUS from the market. As of now, 43 million ARGUS has been burned, accounting for 4.3% of the total token supply.
TOLLY
According to GMGN data, TOLLY (contract address: 0xbc43ce8dec648ea298c4275559b81d6261c90b67) reached a peak market cap of $25 million at noon today, and has since fallen back to $15 million.

TOLLY is the platform token of Tolly, a token issuance platform on the Arc chain, and is not a meme coin. Unlike the common Bonding Curve model on Pump.fun, Tolly does not have a "graduation" phase. After a project is created, the full token supply directly forms a liquidity pool with USDC and is locked, allowing tokens to be traded immediately from launch, so there is no process of migrating from an internal pool to a DEX.
TOLLY's platform trading fee is approximately 1%. On the buy side (settled in USDC), approximately 64% goes to creators, 12% as holder rewards, 10% to the protocol, and the remainder is used for buyback and burn of TOLLY and project tokens; on the sell side (settled in project tokens), all proceeds are directly burned. As of now, over 45 million TOLLY has been burned, accounting for 4.5% of the total token supply.

LONG
According to GMGN data, LONG (contract address: 0x2164bb17a2d38c1b5170e987b2c0416df1efc752) reached a peak market cap of $17 million at noon today, and has since fallen back to $12 million.

LONG is the platform token of Long.supply, a token issuance platform on the Arc chain, and is not a meme coin. Long.supply maps tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain (such as NVDA, CRCL) to Arc through its self-built custodial bridge, and allows these mapped assets to be used as trading pairs for issuing memes. However, Long.supply is not an official cross-chain bridge; its model essentially involves the platform custoding assets on Robinhood Chain and then issuing corresponding mapped tokens on Arc. In other words, whether assets on Arc can be redeemed back to the original chain ultimately depends on the project team's own custody and redemption capabilities.
Long.supply's token issuance trading pool charges a 1% fee per transaction, of which 50% goes to the token creator and the other 50% to the protocol. However, there is currently no on-chain mandatory buyback and burn mechanism for LONG. In addition, its custodial bridge also charges protocol fees when assets are bridged in and redeemed, but the official website has not yet disclosed a unified fixed rate.
COOL
According to GMGN data, COOL (contract address: 0xeb64987643db71c76b2a2be7e723decc995e5b37) reached a peak market cap of $7.9 million today, currently at $6.5 million.

COOL (usdc is cool) is a meme coin on the Arc chain, with its core narrative revolving around Arc using USDC as its native settlement and pricing asset. Its image comes from the community's re-creation of the "USDC is cool" meme, including the blue sunglasses stablecoin image once used by Circle co-founder, chairman, and CEO Jeremy Allaire, as well as the mascot of the usdc.cool data site.
Additionally, the community has traced connections between COOL's early on-chain transfer records and a wallet associated with Arc's genesis block, Block 0, further strengthening its narrative as an "Arc native culture meme."
ARCAT
According to GMGN data, ARCAT (contract address: 0x07704b06981ea962b87296362a1281484d160000) reached a peak market cap of $5 million today, currently at $3.5 million.

ARCAT is a cat meme coin on the Arc chain. Its image and narrative originate from a "Cat Bat Hat Fat Rat" cat video previously shared by the official USDC account, with "the cat that runs the chain" as its community slogan.
According to project disclosures, ARCAT has no presale or team allocation, both buy and sell taxes are 0%, the LP has been burned, and contract ownership has been renounced. The project's official website also shows interactions such as likes from Circle's Global Marketing Head Peter Schroeder and Chief Business Officer Kash Razzaghi on ARCAT-related content, but there is currently no official endorsement from Circle or Arc.
