Pharos Network Mainnet Pacific Ocean Officially Launched, Solving RWA Distribution and Liquidity Fragmentation Issues
- Core Insight: Pharos Network, a Layer 1 public chain focused on real-world asset tokenization, announced its mainnet launch. It aims to solve asset distribution fragmentation and the lack of institutional-grade infrastructure through a compliance-first architecture, having secured $52 million in funding with a valuation close to $1 billion.
- Key Elements:
- The mainnet and its native token $PROS launched simultaneously. The project has accumulated $52 million in total funding, with a $44 million Series A round involving institutions from traditional technology, finance, and crypto sectors.
- The public testnet processed nearly 4.3 billion transactions in less than a year, covering over 200 million wallet addresses, validating the network’s market demand and production-grade maturity.
- Addressing two major pain points of RWA tokenization — the fragmentation of asset distribution channels and institutions’ high requirements for compliance management and data controllability — Pharos provides a compliance-first, privacy-friendly infrastructure.
- At mainnet launch, over 50 ecosystem dApps have been deployed simultaneously, covering asset issuance, trading, and financial services. A $10 million global incubator program has also been launched.
- Pre-launch, the high-yield RWA treasury raised over $15 million in pre-staked amounts, and a $50 million allocation sold out within days, demonstrating early-stage capital aggregation capability.

(Hong Kong, April 28, 2026) Pharos Network, a Layer 1 public chain focused on real-world finance, officially announced today the launch of its "Pacific Ocean" Mainnet and native token $PROS, marking the full transition of this project — which has raised a total of $52 million in funding and achieved a valuation of nearly $1 billion — into the production stage. Pharos aims to address long-standing core challenges in the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs), such as distribution fragmentation and the lack of institutional-grade infrastructure, through a compliance-friendly architecture.
Previously, Pharos' public testnet processed nearly 4.3 billion transactions in under a year, covering over 200 million wallet addresses, fully validating the network's early market demand and production-grade maturity.
To date, Pharos has completed a total of $52 million in fundraising, including a $44 million Series A round co-led by multiple institutions from traditional technology, finance, and crypto sectors. Additionally, Hong Kong-listed energy company GCL New Energy (HKEx: 0451) has engaged in strategic capital cooperation, pushing the company's valuation close to $1 billion.
Currently, the tokenization of real-world assets, notably U.S. Treasury bonds, is advancing rapidly, but large-scale deployment still faces two major hurdles: on one hand, asset distribution channels are highly fragmented, making it difficult for capital to flow efficiently across different platforms; on the other hand, institutional investors demand greater control over compliance management, trading, and portfolio data — an infrastructure the market has long lacked.
In response, Pharos has built a compliance-first, privacy-friendly infrastructure that enables real-world assets to be seamlessly integrated into various on-chain markets. Institutions and users can interact with tokenized assets within a unified framework while retaining significant control over how their data is shared. Once connected, users can more smoothly exchange, lend, trade, and settle real-world assets across different applications, reducing friction, improving asset distribution efficiency, and enabling the efficient flow of liquidity among various financial applications. Projects built on Pharos can be directly deployed within this ecosystem, gaining instant access to shared liquidity, interoperable infrastructure, and compliant stablecoin integrations.
This launch comes at a critical juncture as the RWA tokenization赛道 evolves toward a multi-trillion-dollar scale. With increasing institutional participation, there is a growing and urgent demand for infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale, high-efficiency on-chain financial activities. Pharos positions itself as the infrastructure for "RealFi" (Real-World Finance), committed to providing the underlying support for real-world financial activities on-chain.
In terms of ecosystem access, Pharos has integrated with the OKX wallet and the self-custody wallet TopNod, allowing millions of existing users to participate conveniently without re-registering. Simultaneously, the Pharos mainnet will integrate USDC and the cross-chain transfer protocol CCTP, providing reliable assurance for compliant liquidity flow.
Regarding ecosystem development, Pharos has launched "Native to Pharos," a $10 million global incubation program, gathering a growing roster of RWA application partners. It is expected that over 50 ecosystem dApps will be deployed simultaneously at mainnet launch, covering diverse areas including asset issuance, trading, and financial services.
Prior to the mainnet launch, Pharos demonstrated early capital aggregation capabilities through its high-yield RWA Vault: the first phase attracted over $15 million in pre-staked amounts, and the total $50 million allocation was filled within days. With this foundation, Pharos boasts both an active application ecosystem and substantial on-chain liquidity from day one of its launch.
Wish Wu, Co-founder and CEO of Pharos, stated: "Institutional participation was once just a concept; now, it's a reality. This mainnet launch transforms that momentum into capabilities that the entire ecosystem can truly leverage."
