Working all night to inscribe has become the norm for many users in recent times. Odaily reviewed several recent popular inscription projects.

STXS: Mint suddenly opened, late night rush

STXS is a very sudden project. The official Twitter was created in the early morning of the 18th, and the casting officially started at 5 am that day (Figure 1-1).

Due to the high popularity and the congestion of the BTC chain network at that time (it took more than 40 minutes to produce a block), 2 hours after the start of minting, all users were waiting to be uploaded to the chain.

In addition, the incident happened suddenly and late at night, and very few domestic communities could prepare STX in the STX wallet in advance and wait for minting. When the Alpha community proposed this project and made a strategy, it was already difficult for the exchange to withdraw coins and even quickly closed the withdrawal function. Even the first wave of old players who responded quickly, when they mentioned the STX chain wallet, it was already the end of the casting, and they could only buy it by pulling GAS. Therefore, this project has a characteristic: there are many foreigners participating and the initial positions are dispersed.

The popularity of the STXS project can be summarized for two reasons: First, STX, as the native L2 project of the BTC chain, may become the focus of the narrative, and STXS, as the first inscription project of the chain, is expected to be full. Second, the project was initiated by a foreign community and is very popular overseas.

In the secondary market, the over-the-counter price of STXS reached $400 on the day of casting. Although the index issue brought a certain amount of FUD sentiment last night, judging from todays OTC trading, the price trading range is between US$500 and US$600 (Figure 1-3).

SOFI: Entity application endorsement, investment has been received

On December 17, the SOFI inscription on the BSC chain began to be minted. Within an hour and a half, a total of more than 5.25 million transactions were conducted and 622.092 BNB were consumed (Figure 2-1)

Moreover, due to the relative familiarity of the inscription casting carried out in the BSC chain, the degree of volume has once again increased by an order of magnitude. In the past, it was a competition between scientists and hands-on, but the founding of SOFI is a competition between scientists to see whose script is easy to use and whose private node is stable.

This project is popular for the following reasons:

• The first social inscription, SOFI occupies the letter slot (Set Friendship + Inscription).

• SOFI is the first inscription issued by Friend 3. The main company has issued token F 3, and there are expectations for the combination of inscription and token.

• Friend 3 is a decentralized application that focuses on free pricing for paid groups. It also allows creators to customize the price curvature and supports all social platforms not limited to X (formerly Twitter). In particular, Friend 3 has received multiple institutional investments, including BNBswap, JRR Crypto, etc.

At present, official tweets say that SOFIs secondary trading market will soon be opened, and the current OTC price is around $2 (OTC prices will fluctuate greatly due to poor liquidity, information, etc.).

CIAS: Gas is so high that it flies up

TIAs first inscription, CIAS, was initially launched at 10 pm on December 17, but due to the large number of participants, the webpage began to crash not long after the casting was carried out. The project team was forced to suspend casting and changed the casting time to 2 a.m. on December 19.

Although the community criticized it, the popularity remained unabated during the second casting, and the gas fee on the chain continued to soar. Figure 3-2 below shows a user who used 41.5 TIAs (costing about US$500) to fill up the gas for CIAS.

Many hands-on gas expenses cost about 8 TIAs (costing about 100 US dollars), as shown in Figure 3-3; in the end, on average, the cost of each CIAS is about 1 US dollars.

In addition, the entire inscription casting process still has some shortcomings. RPC almost collapsed, and the transfer operation could not proceed normally at that time. Celestias performance was also challenged: before, a block was produced in an average of about 12 seconds, but when casting, it exceeded 40 A block is produced every second.

There is another point to complain about. At that time, almost all major exchanges suspended TIA currency withdrawals. As a result, those who had TIA had too high gas at the first time, and the TIA in their wallets disappeared without a few inscriptions; those who did not have TIA I cant participate even if Im in a hurry.

INJS: Passive payment changed to free

INJ tokens have soared in this round of market prices, and the popularity of the community at home and abroad is very high. Therefore, when INJS, the first inscription project on INJ, announced the start of casting and received official endorsement, it quickly attracted the inscription community at home and abroad.

Although INJS postponed the casting time once and required a fee to cast (0.03 INJ for one shot), there were still many hand rubers who attended the appointment on time on the night of the 19th. However, problems soon emerged. Not long after the casting started, Injective’s official Twitter posted a sentence “Please do not participate in the INJS project”, which caused the Injection community to explode; users who paid to win began to attack the project in the comments of the INJS official Twitter. ,ask for refund. Finally, in the face of pressure, the INJS project announced that it would return the funds and gave a list of collected addresses at 5 oclock this morning, saying that all refunds would be completed within 24 hours. This evening, the INJS project announced that it will restart minting at 22:00 on the 21st, and will announce valid block information one hour before the start. The question is, will you continue to participate tomorrow?
