Jasmy is an innovative Japanese company founded by former Sony executives. Former Sony president Kunitake Ando became Jasmy CEO in April 2016. As the founder of Sony Life, the business head of VAIO and Expedia, Ando created many new products. He led the construction of factories in Asia from scratch, and contributed to many economic developments in Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc., and was awarded a government medal.
Sato, a former executive at Sony's marketing and design center, is the COO. Jasmy's software blockchain development was undertaken by FeliCa's head of security and PlayStation's design team, among others. CFO HARA, a CPA of a global consulting firm who has led IPOs, leads the global rollout of JasmyCoin crypto assets.

Jasmy democratizes data through two core technologies. The first is the unique identity verification (KYC) technology Secure Knowledge Communicator. Authenticated individuals can choose to provide their data or have the provided data returned to others. The other is Smart Guardian, an exclusive device management technology. Through this technology, it is possible to remotely understand device information and control its behavior in real time. Combining these two technologies, Jasmy associates devices with individuals, enabling individuals to manage information sent by devices.
Based on these technologies, Jasmy launched Jasmy SecurePC, Jasmy Personal Data Locker and many other services.
The Jasmy SecurePC is a business PC that can be used securely in remote environments. It includes a variety of services: Ghost Drive provides drives that can only be used when an individual is identified. Drive Recorder records logs from business PCs on the blockchain for easy management. In addition, remoting is possible, and administrators can disable or limit its functionality in the event of loss. The service has been adopted by large financial institutions and call centers in Japan.
Jasmy Personal Data Locker is a data safe box that is only yours. You can store your own data and make it available to others using a key. The product complies with regulations such as GDPR and has been adopted by sports teams and travel companies in Japan.
Based on these services, Jasmy decided to enter Hong Kong last year. First, we decided to cooperate with NEXSTGO, a Sony member and seller of VAIO, with whom we established the independent brand JV.
In 2023, JV announced that it will develop the world's first blockchain PC. The product will combine the aforementioned two services and EdgeAI technology to achieve a secure PC. Its biggest advantage is its success in hardware. Devices and databases are already in talks with Microsoft, Intel. An AI team of Sony members is conducting data analysis. Jasmy will use Hong Kong as the center to make maximum use of the PC brands of SONY and VAIO. Contributors are also negotiating with large partners in Japan and Taiwan.
In addition, a major travel agency "Nippon Travel" is also collaborating with us to use AI to process data for business. By combining user information, AI can analyze the accumulated data to provide the best travel products and recommendations.
Jasmy has also partnered with SoftBank's IoT sensors for carbon credits. Tokens are generated by using IoT sensors to identify carbon offsets generated from forests, etc., and recording them on the blockchain. We aim to create a transferable voluntary market for trading carbon credits.
