The countdown begins 🧑🚀: network fees and POWERSWAP

We've been busy putting the finishing touches on several key initiatives. Here's a preview:

The first is the launch of fees on the Qredo network, an important step in building a thriving, commercially successful network.

This rollout is being rolled out gradually and is currently in beta testing with a select number of users.

In terms of implementation fees, we are implementing anotherToken Economics Changes. Paying fees in QRDO will unlock a 15% automatic fee discount for Qredo users, increasing demand for the token and adding new utility to it. Also, most of the QRDO used to pay fees will be destroyed!

Supporting the utility and needs of QRDO fees will be the introduction of PowerSwap.

PowerSwap allows Qredo wallet holders to swap their Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC) for QRDO in a fast, cheap and frictionless way - all without leaving the protection and self-custodial security of Qredo's dMPC .

That's because, with PowerSwap, QRDO stablecoin swaps take place on Qredo's layer 2 blockchain - if the transaction is routed to an external exchange or trading venue, there will be no delays, counterparties or slippage risk.
