According to bitinfocharts, BCH’s hash rate increased by more than 90% from 1.43 EH/s on May 10 to 2.74 EH/s on May 13. The computing power of BSV also increased from 1.1 EH/s to 1.78 EH/s.

Miners flee after halving
After BCH and BSV halved rewards on April 8 and April 10, respectively, mining computing power dropped sharply. In the two days after the block reward dropped from 12.5 BCH to 6.25 BCH, the BCH hash rate dropped by more than 80%. BSV’s hash rate has also declined as miners shifted their hash power to the BTC chain.

After the halving in April, BTC blocks are the most profitable for cryptocurrency mining operations. Ahead of this week's BTC halving, some predicted less efficient miners would shut down their machines as revenues fell.
So far, BTC’s hash rate has dropped by 24%, from 137 EH/s to 104 EH/s, but it has not reached the level of BCH and BSV after their halving. BTC also has a longer block time.
F2pool dug up the last block before Bitcoin halving and wrote the headlines of the New York Times into this block. According to F2Pool, according to its data, the Bitcoin computing power has dropped from about 120 EH/s to 100 EH/s.

Miners Return to BCH and BSV Mining
At present, the proportion of miners' income from BSV is very low. However, as of May 13, the total transaction volume of the BSV network has reached 88% of the total transaction volume on the Bitcoin chain, accounting for 54% of the total crypto transaction volume. Critics argue that the deals are mostly recording data.
