Odaily News: According to the Financial Times, the manager of Norway's $2.3 trillion sovereign wealth fund has proposed adjusting its government bond portfolio in an effort to boost returns by allocating to other types of debt assets. Norges Bank Investment Management wrote to the Norwegian Ministry of Finance on Tuesday, recommending that the weighting of government debt in the fund's benchmark bond index be reduced from 70% to 50%. This adjustment is estimated to lower the fund's global government bond allocation by approximately $106 billion, with the majority of the reduction coming from U.S. Treasuries.

Currently, slightly less than 26% of the fund's total assets are allocated to fixed-income instruments. Norges Bank Investment Management proposes cutting the fund's exposure to U.S. Treasuries by 12.2 percentage points while raising its holdings of non-government U.S. fixed-income assets by 11.4 percentage points, which is estimated to reduce the fund's allocation to U.S. Treasuries by nearly $80 billion. Odaily News – A South Korean government official said on Friday that South Korea and the United States are discussing Korean companies' semiconductor investment in the U.S. within a broader framework of bilateral consultations. When asked whether the chip tariff plan previously disclosed by U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is affecting the ongoing investment negotiations between the two countries, the official stated: "There are various issues between South Korea and the U.S., and sometimes these issues affect one another."

The Ethereum spot ETF with the highest single-day net inflows yesterday was BlackRock's ETF ETHA, with daily net inflows of $72.07 million. To date, ETHA's historical cumulative net inflows have reached $12.82 billion.

Next was Fidelity's ETF FETH, with daily net inflows of $65.11 million. To date, FETH's historical cumulative net inflows have reached $2.33 billion.

The Ethereum spot ETF with the highest single-day net outflows yesterday was Grayscale's Ethereum Trust ETF ETHE, with daily net outflows of $6.07 million. To date, ETHE's historical cumulative net outflows have reached $5.38 billion.

As of press time, the total net asset value of Ethereum spot ETFs stands at $15.92 billion, with the ETF net asset ratio (market cap share relative to Ethereum's total market cap) at 5.21%. Historical cumulative net inflows have reached $13.17 billion.

The Bitcoin spot ETF with the highest single-day net inflow was BlackRock's ETF IBIT, which saw a net inflow of $454 million. To date, IBIT's historical total net inflow has reached $63.939 billion.

This was followed by Ark Invest and 21Shares' ETF ARKB, which recorded a single-day net inflow of $138 million. ARKB's historical total net inflow now stands at $1.457 billion.

Odaily News: Micron plans to make large-scale equipment investments before the end of this year to boost supply capacity for its latest-generation HBM product, the HBM4 12-layer offering. The move aims to close the gap with Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix in HBM production capacity, thereby increasing its market share. Micron plans to add up to 60,000 wafers per month of HBM capacity (on a wafer basis) by the end of this year. Last year, Micron's HBM output stood at roughly 40,000 to 50,000 wafers per month, which means Micron's HBM capacity will more than double from a year earlier.
