Binance will resume withdrawals for more assets in phases starting today at 12:00
Odaily reports: Binance has updated the progress on its security incident recovery, announcing that following the first phase of resuming withdrawals for certain networks and assets on November 1, it will begin resuming withdrawal functions for more assets in phases starting November 3 at 04:00 UTC (12:00 Beijing time).
Binance stated that not all assets will have withdrawals enabled simultaneously this time; instead, priorities will be determined based on user demand over the past week, and withdrawal services for each network and asset will be gradually restored after security checks are completed. Deposit services remain normal and are unaffected by this adjustment. Users can check the availability of specific assets via the withdrawal page or the network status page. During the recovery period, withdrawal delays may occur due to high traffic.
Binance also reiterated that the financial losses caused by the stolen funds will be borne by the platform and will not be passed on to users. It will continue to restore withdrawals for more assets, strengthen security measures, and announce progress through official channels.
