Akash Network to Migrate Blockchain Infrastructure to Solana Within 24 Months

Odaily: The decentralized computing marketplace Akash Network has announced that on-chain governance has approved its migration plan, with approximately 97% of voting token holders supporting the migration of its blockchain infrastructure to Solana within 24 months. Akash Marketplace, AkashML, and Akash Homenode will launch natively on Solana. Akash stated that the migration will replace its Cosmos-based chain, covering the underlying blockchain infrastructure rather than just the token; existing AKT holders will be able to convert their tokens to SPL AKT at a 1:1 ratio through a dedicated portal.
