Polymarket Lists New "LAPTOP's Highest FDV Within One Day of Launch" Market

Monitoring by the PPP Prediction Market Tool shows that Polymarket has listed a new prediction event for "LAPTOP's highest FDV within one day of launch." Currently, the probability of FDV exceeding $10 million is tentatively reported at 95%; exceeding $25 million is tentatively reported at 93%; exceeding $50 million is tentatively reported at 87%; the probability of exceeding $100 million is tentatively reported at 80%; the probability of exceeding $250 million is 50%; the probability of exceeding $500 million is 27%; and the probability of exceeding $1 billion is 9%.

According to the settlement rules, if at 16:00 ET on the next calendar day after LAPTOP's launch, its FDV (total token supply × token price) is higher than the corresponding target value, the market will settle as "Yes"; otherwise, it will settle as "No." If the token has not launched by December 31, 2026, at 23:59 ET, the market will settle as "No."

Previously, it was reported that Hunter Biden, son of former U.S. President Joe Biden, announced he will launch the Meme coin LAPTOP on Base on September 9, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens. Project founders, including Hunter Biden, will receive 30% of LAPTOP's total supply. These tokens cannot be sold within 6 months after the launch, and the remaining share will be released in batches over two years.
