香港证监会将“金刚基金/金刚币发行有限公司”列入无牌公司警示名单

Odaily Odaily News: The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has added “Jingang Fund/Jingang Coin Issuance Co., Ltd.” to its list of unlicensed companies on September 7. The SFC noted that the entity claimed to have an address in Hong Kong and provided a Hong Kong phone number, allegedly operating unlicensed activities in Hong Kong and targeting Hong Kong investors, without being licensed or registered to conduct regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. Earlier, on August 19, the SFC had already included “Jingang Coin/Jingang Fund” on its list of “suspicious investment products,” categorizing it as related to digital tokens.
