Polymarket probability of "Trump picking Margo Martin as next White House press secretary" briefly rose to 15% before falling back, up 5% in 24 hours

Monitoring by PPP Prediction Market Tool shows that on Polymarket, the probability of "Trump picking Margo Martin as the next White House press secretary" briefly rose to 15% before falling back to 9%, up 5% over 24 hours.

When asked this week at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland about who would succeed White House press secretary Leavitt, Trump suddenly asked reporters: "What about Margo, what do you all think of her?" He also jokingly turned the question back to the reporters on site, saying, "I don't know (who it will be), maybe it's you."

Karoline Leavitt will leave office at the end of August, making "who will succeed Leavitt" a recent focus of U.S. media attention. Margo Martin currently serves as Special Assistant to the President and Communications Advisor, primarily responsible for sharing information about presidential activities via social media.
