证监会：建立再融资定向增发储架发行制度

Odaily Planet Daily News: The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is publicly seeking opinions on improving the refinancing rules for listed companies. It intends to establish a shelf registration system for private placements in refinancing. Listed companies with a higher standard of information disclosure that apply for competitive bid private placements may adopt a one-time registration, multiple issuance method. This is to better adapt to the characteristics of bilateral markets, facilitate listed companies in seizing market opportunities for financing, guide them towards rational and orderly financing, and reduce market disruption caused by large one-time fundraises.
