联动科技计划以1000万美元收购NorthstarTechnologies 100%股权

According to an announcement from Linkage Technology, the company intends to acquire 100% of Northstar Technologies Limited from Renaissance Maverick Corp. via its Hong Kong subsidiary, Linkage Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., in cash for a transaction consideration of US$10 million. This acquisition will facilitate the localization of key technologies and related products for memory test equipment in China, filling the company's gap in this business segment and industry application experience, while also improving the industrial chain.
