The company has partnered with Broadridge Financial Solutions to provide complete shareholder governance and voting rights support for tokenized stock holders. According to the mechanism design, the underlying stocks remain within the traditional regulated custody system in the U.S., with tokens minted at a 1:1 ratio by Ondo's registered transfer agent and issued on the Ethereum blockchain, while the underlying assets are held by compliant custodians.
