Odaily Planet Daily News: CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost stated that the "the bottom is in" narrative is constantly emerging in the community, but many ignore the true meaning of "the bottom." Technically, a bottom usually refers to the lowest point during a trend reversal, i.e., the deepest wick position of a candlestick (or even on extremely short timeframes) under extreme conditions.

However, the problem is that it is nearly impossible for most investors to precisely buy at that momentary low. Therefore, blindly chasing "buying the dip" or attempting to predict the bottom is not practically meaningful. Instead of fixating on the absolute price low, focus on the "process management" of trading and investing – how to gradually establish and adjust risk exposure. Position allocation itself is an ongoing optimization process, just as a bottom formation requires time for confirmation. Darkfost reminds market participants to avoid over-reliance on narratives like "the bottom is in" and to pay more attention to methodology and execution processes to enhance overall risk management capabilities.
